Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease affecting up to 2-3% of the population worldwide1 . Genital psoriasis (GenPs) is a frequent, debilitating, stigmatizing and difficult-to-treat manifestation of plaque psoriasis. Literature is scarce on controlled trials dedicated to the management and effective treatment of this special localization2 . Although GenPs can have a significant impact on quality of life and sexual health1 , there are few validated instruments to measure the severity and impact of psoriasis at this site3 .
