Electrochemotherapy (ECT) is a local therapy for the treatment of cutaneous and subcutaneous tumour nodules in which standard treatments have failed or proved to be inappropriate. [1] It is mainly indicated for local treatment of solid neoplasms as melanoma, Kaposi sarcoma and cutaneous or subcutaneous metastases. [2].
