Necrotizing sarcoid granulomatosis (NSG) is a form of granulomatous lung disease first described by Liebow in 1973.1 NSG is distinctive from other granulomatous lung disease like sarcoidosis and Churg-Strauss-syndrome, by its sarcoid-like granulomas along with extensive necrosis and vasculitis. Extrapulmonary involvement of NSG is rare and few cases have been described about skin involvement.2 Here, we report a case of skin involvement of NSG, which presented pruritic skin lesions that resolved without systemic steroid treatment.
