Folliculitis decalvans (FD) is a cicatricial alopecia that presents chronic and recurrent inflammation on the scalp.1,2 Trichoscopic features of FD change according to the inflammatory activity of the disease.3 The aim of this study was to identify trichoscopic features associated with inflammatory activity of FD and to create a new trichoscopy activity scale for FD.
