Since the first descriptions by Strutton et al., neutrophilic dermatosis of the dorsal hands (NDDH) has now been recognized as a distinctive localized form of either pustular Sweet syndrome (SS) or of bullous or ulcerative pyoderma gangrenosum (PG). Although the lesions are characteristically located on the dorsa of the hands and the fingers, additional locations may be affected.
