Tinea Capitis is a fungal infection of the scalp, mostly observed in children1 . Dermatoscopy is a useful diagnostic tool with proven diagnostic value in skin tumors, rapidly expanding in the field of inflammatory and infectious skin diseases2 . Certain dermatoscopic criteria were linked to TC3,4 , however scarce evidence exists on the possible correlation of dermatoscopic findings to different types of fungi5 .
