The benign atrophic papulosis Köhlmeier-Degos (BAP) only involves the skin and exhibits a mild course, unlike its systemic form. The probability of never developing systemic disease increases from 70% at the time cutaneous lesions appear to 97% after a 7-year strict cutaneous course.
