Mild Parkinsonian signs (MPS) are common in older adults. We hypothesized that MPS are associated with lower functional connectivity (FC) in dopamine‐dependent cortico‐striatal networks, and these associations vary with white matter hyperintensity (WMH), a risk factor for MPS.
