Autonomic dysfunction is common in transthyretin familial amyloid polyneuropathy (TTR‐FAP). Because ultrasonography is a powerful tool to study peripheral neuropathy, vagus nerve (VN) ultrasonography was used in our study to investigate the possible changes of the dimension of VN in TTR‐FAP.
