An 8‐year‐old Indian boy presented with itchy skin eruption over trunk for the past 1 day. His mother had first noticed the lesions while getting him ready for school in the morning. Examination revealed erythematous and oedematous papules with central erosion clustered in a linear array of three (arrow marked), distributed over the left side of abdomen; few similar scattered lesions were also seen, surrounding the grouped trio (Fig. 1).
