(Fig. 1). The antenatal history of her mother was uneventful. Systemic evaluation including cardiological, hearing, ophthalmological and haematological work-up did not reveal any abnormality. Routine laboratory investigations were non-contributory. Toxoplasmosis, rubella, cytomegalovirus, herpes simplex virus (TORCH) screen was negative.
