but giving fellows the autonomy to decide which guidelines to cover increased engagement. Having fellows give and receive substantive feedback was another barrier but making decisions democratically led to more accountability. A deadline for visual summary drafts was made to allow enough time for substantive feedback, and two rotating fellows are selected on a rotating basis to review the newest summaries. Releasing the visual summaries on social media led to a greater impetus for content accuracy and succinctness. Fellow autonomy and group decision-making have been key drivers to the successful creation and continued engagement of a guideline-based newsletter.
