A previously healthy 11-year-old girl presented to the clinic with complaint of a “blister” on her left shoulder that had been present for the past 5 months. It had grown considerably in size during this time and was mildly painful. Examination demonstrated a 3.7by 3.0-cm pink, fleshy, pedunculated nodule with focal ulceration due to trauma (Figures 1 and 2). The lesion was excised and sectioned for histopathology (Figures 3 and 4).
