A 4‐month‐old girl presented with concerns for two distinct hairs on the bridge of her nose that had been present since birth. Upon fur‐ ther review, the child was born to a 32‐year‐old mother at 38 weeks via cesarean section for maternal preeclampsia, but the remainder of the birth history was unremarkable. The newborn physical examina‐ tion was benign other than a “pore” noted on her nose. On examination, two fine and lightly pigmented hairs approxi‐ mately 2 mm in length were noted on a singular papule on the bridge of the patient's nose (Figure 1). The papule was non‐compressible, non‐mobile, and non‐tender. It was suggested that the mother pluck the hairs and monitor for recurrence. The mother removed the hairs, but over the course of the next month, multiple hairs grew back. Furthermore, the surrounding area became intermittently erythematous. Upon further examination, the lesion was noted to have a central keratotic core. MRI was done (Figure 2), and subsequently, the lesion was excised and submitted for histopathology (Figure 3).
