We analyzed the records of 211 pediatric patients with vitiligo. 57.8% of patients were females and 42.2% were males. Leukotrichia and family history were present in 29.4% and 15.6% of patients, respectively, while 39.3% of patients had anemia. Elevated thyroidâstimulating hormone and fasting blood glucose levels were seen in 5.2% and 3.3% of patients, respectively. Antinuclear antibody was positive in 12 (5.6%) patients.
