nadir platelet count of 54 × 10 9 /L was observed in half of the patients by the third operative day. Risk factors for post- LT throm bocytopenia were preoperative platelet count, volume of intraoperative packed transfusion (leading to hemodilution), and preoperative hypersplenism.
