Dear Editor, Papular elastorrhexis (PE) is anacquiredelastic fiber cutaneousdisease with rarely clinically and a lower incidence rate. The epidemiological data remain unknown, and the pathogenesis is not completely clear, which is commonly involved in young women.1 Here, we present the clinical, histopathological anddermoscopic findings fromapatientwith popular elastorrhexis, aimed to explore the dermoscopic findings and its histopathological correlation for providing the noninvasive imaging diagnostic clue and pattern.
