In this paper, I examine the numeral quantifier construction in Korean and propose novel generalizations about the order of four key elements, i.e., numeral, quantifier, noun, and case marker, to the effect that (i) numerals always precede quantifiers and (ii) nouns always precede case markers. I show that the interplay between these two properties correctly yields all and only the attested orders in numeral quantifier constructions in the language. To account for the various word order possibilities in the construction in question, I propose a uniform analysis which employs layers of functional categories and iterated applications of movement, essentially following Cinque (2005) and Watanabe (2006, 2008).
