A 67-year-old male with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) underwent a 4-hour apheresis collection of peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC). The flow rate was maintained at 60 mL/minute, and a total volume of 12.6 L was processed. A blood warmer was used. The collection was unremarkable, and no abnormality was noted upon repeated visual inspections of the collection bag throughout the procedure and upon completion.
