A growing patch of warm water covering a vast swath of the northern Pacific Ocean is raising concerns that another underwater heat wave is developing there. It comes just 5 years after a huge heat wave dubbed "The Blob" wreaked havoc with ocean ecosystems along North America9s Pacific coast. Scientists caught by surprise the last time are now swinging into action, closely monitoring ocean temperatures and wildlife.
