A conference was focused on how to target Wnt signaling pathways for therapeutic benefit. Selected members of the Wnt signaling community met during a 4-day period in October 2018 to discuss the current challenges and opportunities associated with targeting the Wnt pathway for therapeutic benefit. A summary of key points of these discussions is presented in this report.
