Based on the general model of signals scattered by the rough surface of the seabed, relations are developed for estimating the errors of measurement by the interferometric side-scan sonar (ISSS) of the arrival angles of echo signals caused by the decorrelation of the probing signals with a large base in the receiving channels due to the spatial separation of the antennas. The obtained relations allow us to adjust the signal processing algorithms received by the multiantenna interferometer to reduce the influence of additive noise on the accuracy of the measurements of the angles of arrival of echo signals.
