The problem of forming radiation fields of the preset homogeneity and sizes is considered. Algorithms given in the paper reduce Monte Carlo-based resource-intensive simulations to minimum. The design parameters of the systems intended for operation with the beam of the UEL5/20 metrological accelerator are presented.
