Symptoms are highly variable and include fever, diarrhoea, cardiogenic shock, respiratory compromise and Kawasaki disease (KD)like features. 2 Compared with acute COVID19, MISC is characterised by distinct immune responses, including increased monocyte/macrophagederived cytokines such as interleukin (IL)6 and IL18, Tcellderived cytokines including IL10 and IL17A, and TRBV112 expressing T cells. 4 However, the relationship between MISCrelated immunophenotypes and clinical heterogeneity is unknown. We determined clinical associations of MISC immunophenotypes in a cohort of 76 MISC patients. All patients met the Letter
