Action is being planned in Scotland to restrict supermarkets promoting unhealthy foods as part of a series of measures aimed at reducing obesity levels. The Scottish government is also calling on the UK parliament to ban broadcasters advertising foods high in fat, sugar, and salt at times when they can be seen by children.
