Figure 1 Sections of the specimen showing (A) uterine tumor and (B) right fallopian tumor: highgrade carcinoma feature with complex glandular pattern with a slitlike (C) right ovarian cyst and (D) left ovarian cyst presented with highgrade dysplasia which revealed an increased N/C ratio, nuclear hyperchromasia and pleomorphism, and presences of mitotic figures (H&E stain: 40x (A), 40x (B), 200x (C), 100 x (D)).
