Epithelioid trophoblastic tumors are a rare group of malignant gestational trophoblastic neoplasms arising from chorionic- type intermediate trophoblasts. These tumors account for <2% of all gestational trophoblastic diseases. 1 Although epithelioid trophoblastic tumors are more commonly described in women of childbearing age, they are also reported in post- menopausal women. 2 Here, we describe a case of 54- year- old post- menopausal diabetic woman (Para 2) who last gave birth 19 years ago, and had no history of abortion/abnormal bleeding, who presented with complaints of vaginal discharge for 2 months.
