A 43-year-old woman with a recent history of chemotherapy for breast carcinoma presented to our clinic with complaint of discolouration of fingernails. She was diagnosed with infiltrating ductal carcinoma of the left breast and underwent modified radical mastectomy for the same. A month later, she was started on adriamycin-based, cyclophosphamide-based and paclitaxel-based chemotherapy, and 3 weeks later, she noticed a progressive brownish discolouration of her fingernails beds.
