A 38-year-old male patient, farmer by occupation and a known case of diabetes mellitus (uncontrolled, non-compliant on medication), presented with features of right-sided sinus fullness, right-sided cheek swelling and headache for 10 days to an outside hospital. The cheek swelling gradually progressed to involve the right periorbital region as well.
