A 7-year-old girl was admitted to hospital with breast enlargement and vaginal bleeding. Her medical history revealed that breast development was started at the age of 5 and she had three episodes of non-cyclic vaginal bleeding during this time. A physical examination revealed that her height was 136.5 cm (+2.5 SDS, target height −0.5 SDS), weight was 30 kg (+1.2 SDS), breast development was Tanner stage 3 with no pubic hair.
