The poster must be maximum 100 cm vertical and 80cm horizontal. Do not exceed the size of the poster board. You will find the number of your poster board on the board where the poster must be attached. Use pushpins only to attach material. Pay attention: nor write or paint on the poster boards. Please plan to set up your poster on your assigned board on Tuesday, June 7 , between 12:00 – 14:00 and remove it on June 10th after lunch. Posters should be on display all day while the exhibit hall is open (h 8:30 – h 18:30). IRRIV cannot be responsible for posters that are not removed by the specified poster dismantling times. Authors are encouraged to be near their posters during breaks. Your poster board area will be in the Pav. 7
