The importance of Mobile Learning (ML) has increased globally and especially in the current time of the outbreak of pandamic. ML has been used in several field and its usage for English learning by English literature students in non-speaking countries such as Iraq is limited. This has resulted in a limited English fluency among English literature students in Iraq. It is believed that if students deploy the ML to learn and practice English, their fluency level will increase. Nevertheless, few studends are using the ML in Iraq. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the usage of ML among English literature students in Iraq. This study assumes that variables of Technology Acceptance Model such as perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) as well as social influence (SI) will affect the behavioral intention (BI) to use ML. BI and availability (AV) will affect the actual use (AU). In addition, user satisfaction is proposed as a mediating variable between PU, PEOU, and SI with BI. Data of this study was collected using a questionnaire from 240 undergraduate students. The data was analyzed using AMOS. The findings showed that PU, PEOU and SI are important factors for the BI of ML. BI and AV affected significantly the AU. User satisfaction mediated only the effect of PU and PEOU on BI. Easier processes and instruction must be provided by univeristies to enhance the adoption of ML among English literature students.
