A 61-year-old man presented to our hospital with 1 week of cough and chest tightness. Past medical history was notable for acute myocardial infarction, and 1 stent was deployed in the left main coronary artery 1 year ago. His temperature was 36.8°C and blood pressure was 130/85 mm Hg. Cardiopulmonary examination results were within normal limits. An initial 12-lead ECG is shown in Figure 1. He was referred for a cardiology evaluation after the initial ECG was performed. On the basis of the available date, what uncommon abnormalities which are related to a previous myocardial infarction are present? What is the significance of these findings?
