Linda Nathan describes her work on How People Learn II, a review of learning science research from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. The book that came out of the panel’s work describes how student cultures affect the predispositions that they bring to learning. The book cites research into important instructional practice and deepens educators’ understanding of the brain.
