Acta Radiologica is very honored that Associate Professor Carol C. Wu, Department of Diagnostic Radiology, the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, has accepted our invitation to become section editor within the field of chest imaging. Professor Yoshiharu Ohno, Fujita Health University School of Medicine, Toyoake, will continue as the other section editor for chest imaging. Carol earned her MD degree from UCLA School of Medicine in 2002 and received her Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology in the US in 2007. She has been a faculty member at MD Anderson Cancer Center since 2014. She has co-authored or authored more than 88 peer reviewed manuscripts published in well-known journals, nine invited manuscripts, and more than 71 book chapters. Her main area of interest over the years has been thoracic imaging. Carol is a current or former member of four editorial review boards, and is a reviewer for seven well-esteemed journals. I am pleased that Dr Carol C. Wu accepted our invitation to become section editor for the field of chest imaging. Acta Radiologica looks forward to the collaboration.
