Mental health disorders are associated with an increase in COVID-19-related mortality.1 Few Southeast Asian countries (i.e., Singapore and Malaysia) have issued policy to address mental health for health facility settings.2 Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) was known as a COVID-19 epicenter of Vietnam in 2021 and experienced overwhelmed hospitals and mass lockdown. However, data were not presented for health care workers (HCWs) here during the crisis. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the prevalence of depression, anxiety, and stress and their predictors among HCWs in HCMC, Vietnam in 2021.
