Introduction The impact of influenza on mortality in Korea is substantial.1 Therefore, the general population are recommended to receive an influenza vaccination once a year to prevent influenza infection, relieve symptoms, and reduce the risk of complications. Due to the prolonged COVID-19 epidemic, the possibility of co-infection with respiratory viruses, such as COVID-19 and influenza virus, might increase. However, existing studies on the current status of influenza vaccination and related factors during the COVID-19 pandemic are limited in Korea. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the current status of influenza vaccination in Korean adults and evaluate the related factors, including the general and COVID-19-related characteristics.
