and moral beliefs. There is a perspective that clients are being oppressed and that action should be taken against this. Critical social work questions the efficacy of individualistic approaches to social work. Eco practice theory addresses the person in environment and the ecological dangers facing current societies. Feminist practice sees the role of women in the structure of society resulting in violence against women and gender inequality. Anti-oppressive, indigenist, and multicultural sensitivity are important in a diverse and multicultural society.
