Mild epithelial atypia is seen (C). Intravascular (D) as well as extravascular (E) microspheres are identified in association with a mixed inflammatory infiltrate composed of lymphocytes, plasma cells, eosinophils, and histiocytes (F; hematoxylin-eosin stain; ×100 [A], ×40 [B], and ×200 [C-F]).
