A 42yearold woman, presenting with progressive hemiatrophy of the skin and soft tissue of the face. Physical examination showed indurated and linear hyperpigmented plaque extended longitudinally from the paramedian left jaw to the left forehead. Oral examination revealed hemiatrophy with loss of papillae over the left paramedian side of the tongue (Figure 1). Antinuclear and antihistone antibodies were positive. Magnetic resonance imaging showed loss of cutaneous fat on forehead. Skin biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of morphea.1
