In order to reveal the fluid flow behaviors of rolling-slider bearing under the microscopic scale, a full-basin fluid-solid coupling model with different slider shapes is established by CFD and multiple mesh technology. The flow trajectory of fluid is monitored by a slip mesh model, and the dynamics performance is also compared. A reasonable model of rolling-slider bearing is derived. Moreover, this paper analyzes the influence of bearing speed, fluid viscosity, and fluid velocity on fluid behavior. The results show that there is a recirculation flow of fluid and vortex shedding in rolling-slider bearing during the process of lubrication. The distribution of maximum pressure on rolling body is in the orientation of bearing rotation. The fluid flow rate near inner ring is greater than that at outer ring. The established model is suitable for simulating the lubricant flow behaviors of rolling-slider bearings under different working conditions. It also provides a new method for designing the parameters of rolling-slider bearings and the function of working conditions.
