Introduction The newest development in digital dentistry’s expansion is the implementation of virtual learning modules to transform preclinical dental education. Recently, teeth arrangement using digital technologies have been adopted by preclinical prosthodontic curricula and are gaining traction. These digital design software platforms give students the ability to acquire a similar didactic course knowledge of denture teeth arrangement as the traditional teaching approach of benchtop learning. By implementing these platforms dental educators can expect to save materials, i.e., wax, acrylic resin, and associated costs, while increasing teaching efficiency by allocating more time to in-person teaching.
