Key Points Patients with OM-CMML presented longer OS and acute myeloid leukemia–free survival than did those with D-CMML or P-CMML. The progression of a high proportion of OM-CMML into D-CMML and D-CMML into P-CMML reinforces the evolutionary continuum of CMML.
