Gait disturbance is a rare presentation of intracranial hypotension (IH), and to date, has only been described in the presence of orthostatic headache and other movement disorders.1,2 It is characterized by unsteadiness, with gait start hesitation and inability to tandem.3–6 Among more than 250 cases of IH seen at our institution since 1997, we found only 2 cases that manifested as isolated gait dysfunction.
