I read with interest the Resident & Fellow Right Brain commentary by Drs. Rothstein and Lewis1 on the case of Charlie Gard. British baby Charlie Gard was at the center of a legal battle that captured the attention of the entire world in July 2017. Doctors wished to withdraw life support, but Charlie's parents fought a prolonged legal battle to keep him alive.
