This retrospective study reviewed 454 consecutive UR-PC patients who received modified (m) FFX/GNP treat-ment 4 . Overall survival (OS) was evaluated using a multivariable prognostic scoring model (0–4 points, a higher score indicates more favorable prognostic factors). The overall resection rates were 16% for locally advanced PC (UR-LA) and 5% for metastatic (UR-M).
