Introduction Intramuscular angiomas are a rare, benign vascular tumor, which grows locally and may cause pain or restrict mobility in the affected region (1). These masses typically affect adolescents and young adults, with a mean age of 17 years, and 85% appearing before the age of 30 (2). Presented is the case of a softball pitcher with a symptomatic intramuscular angioma that interfered with her normal pitching mechanics.
