A banking system is also referred as a system which offers cash management services for the customers, reporting the transactions of their accounts and portfolios, throughout the day. The author conducted a literature search on various services rendered by both private and public sector banks and interviewed 1,040 customers. Statistical tools like SEM analysis, Karl Pearson's coefficient, two-way table, chi-square test, Garrett's rank, and discriminant analysis are used to analyse the data.
