Background: Despite advances in neonatal care, management of infants with severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia (sBPD) remains difficult. Objective: To describe the multidisciplinary care model and five-year outcomes of the Newborn and Infant Chronic Lung Disease (NeoCLD) Program at The Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia (CHOP).
