PURPOSE: Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) is a complex syndrome that has been linked to chromosome 15 q11.2-13.1 duplication (Idic (15) Syndrome) and possibly related to 15 q13.3 microduplication syndrome, however patients with both syndromes may have a different clinical course and outcome than those with either alone. This case report is being presented to add to the literature about Idic(15) Syndrome patients.
